The forklift operator position is essential to ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and orderly. Key responsibilities include the safe and professional operation of forklifts and stackers to move goods, including loading, unloading, and transporting products throughout the facility in strict compliance with established procedures. This ensures cargo integrity and workplace safety. Maintaining a well-organized work area is also critical, as it enhances logistics efficiency and helps prevent accidents. The role requires close coordination with the team to ensure seamless material flow and timely delivery fulfillment. Additionally, responsibilities include inventory management and carefully and precisely placing products within designated storage spaces. This is a temporary, part-time position conducted in an industrial setting requiring rapid adaptability and strict adherence to safety regulations. The goal is to consistently handle materials with quality and in alignment with daily operational objectives, thereby supporting the supply chain reliably and effectively. A minimum of one year’s prior experience operating forklifts and stackers in logistics or industrial environments is required. A valid forklift operator certification is mandatory, with the minimum requirement being a current forklift driving license. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong teamwork and performance under pressure, remaining calm and efficient in demanding situations. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail across all tasks are highly valued. Availability to work a fixed shift covering morning and afternoon hours is required.
