Description

We are looking for a Cook to join our hospital kitchen team in Valencia. RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation and production of patient menus. Preparation of diets according to established guidelines. Temperature monitoring and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Organization and cleaning of the workstation. Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure high-quality service. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a cook, preferably in collective catering, hospitals, residential care facilities, or canteens. Training in cooking and food handling. Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. WE OFFER Temporary employment contract under the Collective Catering Agreement. Approximately 35 working hours per week, depending on service needs. A positive working environment.
