We are currently seeking to hire a Night Shift Traffic Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and performing confidently in an operational and dynamic environment. Key qualities we value include attention to detail, organizational ability, incident resolution skills, teamwork, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for learning and professional development within the transportation sector. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Manage and prepare all necessary documentation for trips. * Provide drivers with all required documentation and information for service execution. * Manage and resolve any incidents that may arise during operations. * Verify that drivers’ documentation is up-to-date and valid. * Prepare documentation related to cargo deliveries and pickups, including CMRs. * Maintain continuous communication and support for drivers throughout the shift. * Support the Traffic Department in managing and monitoring night-time operations. **Profile Requirements:** ----------- * Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual capable of working autonomously. * Strong communication skills and ability to effectively support drivers. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. * Proactive individual with initiative and a focus on incident resolution. * Proficiency in using computer tools and ease in handling documentation. * Prior experience in traffic, transportation, logistics, or similar roles is valued. * Availability to work night shifts. * Knowledge of road transport operations and associated trip documentation is considered a plus. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Permanent contract * Rotating shift system: 1 week on duty / 1 week off * 34 days of annual leave * Exclusive offers for Grupo Mazo employees * Excellent working environment
