**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Database management, equipment and materials control (Valencia) **Workplace** -------------------- * Facilities of the Valencia Management offices in Paterna and warehouses in L'Alcudia and L'Alcudia de Crespins. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support the supervisor/technician in organizing and scheduling tasks to be carried out. * Monitor machinery and workforce productivity on site, as well as complete and sign the required reports concerning personnel and machinery. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and site signage regulations, and be responsible for informing newly hired staff about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and cleaning procedures. * Use computer tools for stock management. * Manage warehouse logistics. * Provide technical support for assigned tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by taking assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (officially recognized in Spain) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training in Construction (50 or 60 hours) ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 2 years’ experience working as a foreman/forewoman or supervisor on construction/maintenance projects (with formal employment contract) * Between 1 year and 5 years’ prior experience in logistics and/or warehouse management companies (with formal employment contract) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior experience in the Public Sector (with formal employment contract and/or academic) * Experience using Office 365 and/or SharePoint, Access in the workplace (with formal employment contract and/or academic) (will be assessed during technical evaluation) * Experience using GIS, ArcGIS Online in the workplace (with formal employment contract and/or academic) (will be assessed during technical evaluation) **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, 10/07/2026, until 24/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract is offered, estimated to last 14 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
