Cashier Assistant

As part of the Checkout team, led by the Checkout Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent customer service and cash handling. * Clarifying customer queries and offering services that enhance their experience at Alcampo. * Verifying the correlation between products and invoices at self-checkout stations. * Ensuring smooth customer flow through checkout lanes. * Maintaining order by removing items deposited at checkout (e.g., hangers, alarms, racks, etc.). * Checking and replenishing supplies such as shopping bags, receipt paper rolls, etc. * Safeguarding cash receipts, documents, cash drawer contents, and supporting vouchers until handover at the end of the shift.
