This includes organizing schedules, coordinating logistical details for travel, and keeping both physical and digital files up to date. You will also monitor expenses and ensure office supplies inventory is always ready. Your daily responsibilities include preparing documents, verifying that everything is in order before signing, and handling routine tasks such as photocopying or booking meeting rooms. You will work with a degree of autonomy to resolve minor issues and help maintain uninterrupted workflow. This is a full-time contract where the ability to follow instructions and actively collaborate is highly valued. Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team. Skills in personnel selection and administration.
