We are seeking talent to support our team in the end-to-end management of policies, proposals, and customer service. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will join the team and support tasks such as: * Entering offers, policies, and endorsements into the system. * Cancelling policies in accordance with technical standards. * Processing endorsements and recording sales notifications. * Managing classification requests, non-payment alerts, and extensions. * Providing information on insurance proposals and candidate status. * Issuing and modifying proposal pricing. * Handling telephone inquiries from internal and external customers. * Providing general support to insured parties and agents. * Delivering administrative support to customer account managers. * Complying with Information Security policies and requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, Economics or related field. * Advanced English proficiency. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
