MISSION** Perform necessary plant tasks to produce lyophilized or spray-dried products according to quality standards. 0**2. POSITION PROFILE** **REQUIREMENTS** **REQUIRED** **PREFERRED** **EDUCATION:** Vocational Training Program (Intermediate Level) Technical High School diploma or higher vocational training focused on laboratory work. Basic training on HACCP system. Halal certification training. **EXPERIENCE:** Perform necessary plant tasks to produce lyophilized or spray-dried products according to quality standards. 2 years in a similar position **PERSONAL SKILLS:** Responsibility Confidence Initiative and generation of ideas and concepts Results orientation Value creation Change management Teamwork; organized, tenacious, consistent, and meticulous person 5 Perform necessary plant tasks to produce lyophilized or spray-dried products according to quality standards. * Preparation and sterilization of industrial culture media. * Inoculation of cultures. * Industrial cleaning and disinfection of equipment, utensils, and rooms. * Harvesting, formulation with cryoprotectants, freezing, and lyophilization of biomass obtained from industrial bioreactors. * Collection of lyophilized product and packaging. * Harvesting, thermal treatment, carrier formulation, and spray-drying of biomass obtained from industrial reactors. * Process control through analysis of specific parameters. * Monitoring established Critical Control Points (CCPs). * Collaborate in implementing the Management System deployed at ADM WILD VALENCIA. * Comply with KOSHER and HALAL product manufacturing protocols. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
