Job Summary: We are seeking a spray booth painter to operate and control the shot blasting booth, prepare and paint metal surfaces, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Points: 1. Indefinite-term contract for a spray booth painter with full-time working hours. 2. Tasks include shot blasting, surface preparation, and painting of metal surfaces. 3. Experience in airless spraying and specific training is valued. An indefinite-term contract is offered for two spray booth painters in Sollana, with full-time working hours (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, respecting statutory rest periods. Tasks include operating and controlling the shot blasting booth to clean and prepare metal surfaces (profiles, sheets, welded assemblies, bumpers, etc.). Also visually inspecting the surface condition before and after the process, adjusting painting parameters (pressure, flow rate, exposure time) according to material type and desired finish, and maintaining the booth and auxiliary equipment (turbines, filters, abrasive recovery system, and compressed air system) in good working order. Additionally, collaboration with the Quality Control department is required for pre-painting inspections; occupational and environmental safety regulations must be followed (use of respiratory, hearing, eye, and body protection); and any incidents or maintenance requirements must be reported to the area supervisor, along with other duties inherent to the position. * Experience in maintaining the airless spraying process for two-component paint applications. * Ability to interpret work orders and technical data sheets. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Intermediate vocational qualification in Industrial Painting or Surface Treatment. \- Training in surface preparation processes, Industrial Painting, or Metallurgy / certified workshops under EN 1090 EXC2 or EXC3 (valued).
