At Johnson Controls, we’re looking for people like you! As an Installation Technician – HVAC, you will play a key role in installing and supervising HVAC systems across diverse projects. Your work will be critical to ensuring the safety and quality of our clients’ installations, performing on-site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and commissioning of installed systems. **Responsibilities**: * On-site installation: Actively participate in the installation of Johnson Controls systems (HVAC, electrical, security, fire protection, etc.), ensuring execution in accordance with design specifications and established quality standards. * Site supervision: Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and safety. Additionally, build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the entire process. * Field diagnostics and incident resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution. * Serve as the liaison between subcontractors, clients, and the Project Manager, facilitating communication and project tracking. * Commissioning and testing: Conduct functional tests and participate in system commissioning to ensure optimal performance. * Regulatory compliance: Verify that subcontractors execute work per the project scope and comply with all applicable regulations and standards. **What Profile Do We Need?** * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Hydraulics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair, supervision, and commissioning. * Technical knowledge of HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, fluids, electricity, BMS, etc.). * Mandatory 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training. Preventive Resource. * Proficiency in English is a plus. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally if required.
