Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, as well as equipment adjustment and commissioning. Machinery operation is monitored and incidents are recorded to support continuous improvement. The work environment is dynamic and requires a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. You will be part of a team committed to quality and safety, adhering to established protocols and regulations. Being organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing priorities within deadlines is essential. Effective communication with other departments ensures coordinated interventions without disrupting production. Performance directly impacts plant operational efficiency, with emphasis on process optimization and extending asset lifespan. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics required. A solution-oriented, organized, and proactive profile is essential. Forklift and overhead crane operator licenses are valued. Training in electromechanics or industrial maintenance is considered an advantage.
