Job Summary: We are seeking a membership recruiter for an NGO in Valencia, focused on explaining projects and addressing questions from interested individuals, with responsibility for recruitment. Sales orientation and responsibility We are looking for a person to recruit new collaborators for a non-profit organization in Valencia. The main mission will be approaching people on the street to explain our project and encourage them to join us. It will be essential to resolve any questions that arise and attend to the needs of individuals interested in supporting our cause. Other related tasks will also be carried out to ensure the smooth operation of recruitment activities. The contract is part-time, 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in rotating shifts. Working hours will fall between 09:00 and 22:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing tasks similar to those described. * We seek a sales-oriented and responsible individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. Proficient spoken Valencian. Spanish \- Advanced * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
