Responsible for kitchen organization and preparation. 2. Menu, portion, and mise en place control. 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in work areas. We are looking for a Chef for one of our 4* hotels located in Valencia. What will you be responsible for? * Placement and organization of equipment and materials. * Menu control: portions, mise en place, cleaning of various kitchen elements and work areas. * Inspection and documentation of items required for the next service. * Cleaning, organizing, and inspecting used work areas. * Waste separation and recycling where applicable. * Compliance with environmental policy. **What are we looking for?:** * 1–2 years of experience, preferably in 4- and 5-star hotels. * Hospitality training is desirable. * Intermediate level of English.
