Bo Growth is looking to hire an **IT & Systems Manager** for an established company in the consumer goods and distribution sector, currently undergoing growth and professionalization. This is a strategic, newly created role with direct business impact and reporting directly to senior management. We seek a pragmatic, business-oriented individual capable of combining strategy, process improvement, and operational proximity. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Serve as the internal technology subject-matter expert, ensuring system stability and leading the company’s technological evolution, maximizing SAP Business One’s performance as the business’s key tool. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business growth. * Lead functional optimization of SAP Business One. * Drive process improvements in logistics, operations, finance, and administration. * Develop reports, queries, and automation solutions focused on efficiency. * Coordinate external technology vendors and ensure service quality. * Oversee hardware, user access, user accounts, security, and infrastructure. * Act as the internal point of contact for critical incidents. * Participate in digital projects: e-commerce, integrations, and new solutions. * Manage the IT budget and propose investments based on business criteria. **We are looking for** ------------ * Prior experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of SAP Business One. * Experience with SQL, reporting, and process improvement. * Technical foundation in IT systems and infrastructure. * Autonomous, solution-oriented, and business-focused profile. * Experience in industrial, logistics, or e-commerce environments is a plus. **What does this project offer?** ---------------------------- * A key, newly created position. * Real decision-making authority and impact. * A stable project with long-term prospects. * Proximity to senior management and internal visibility. * A dynamic, growing environment.
