Position Summary: Security Manager for the Levante region, responsible for ensuring operational legality, optimizing profitability, and supervising the team and services. Key Highlights: 1. We require a Security Manager for the Levante region, with primary operations based in Valencia. This position will focus on ensuring that all private security operations comply with applicable laws, with particular attention to supervision and analysis of service billing. The role will involve close collaboration with administration and management to optimize profitability. Responsibilities include managing shifts, schedules, coverage, and equipment, as well as direct supervision of the team. The incumbent will also monitor and control performance indicators—both operational and security-related—including quality, incidents, absenteeism, and coverage. They will maintain smooth communication with clients to ensure proper service delivery and client satisfaction. Motivational personnel management is expected, ensuring adherence to internal procedures. Additionally, the role entails risk assessment and updating, development and implementation of security plans and protocols. Coordination with the State Security Forces and Corps, and handling of significant incidents—including internal investigations and proposals for improvement—will be essential functions. Certification as Security Manager or Security Director is required. Possession of License C is desirable. Minimum two years’ experience in similar positions. Residency in Valencia with full mobility to manage the team of inspectors across the entire Levante region (Valencian Community and Murcia).
