If you have experience and are seeking an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are seeking a Cook for collective catering services to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. Responsibilities: Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. Proven experience in the hospitality sector, collective catering, restaurant services, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team-oriented. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Half-day shift, 20 hours per week Schedule: Rotating morning or afternoon shifts, plus alternate weekends.
