During the internship, students will have the opportunity to learn alongside a specialized team how product design, process validation, industrial planning, and continuous improvement interconnect during the launch of new projects. All activities will be conducted under supervision, strictly for training purposes, and shall not constitute coverage of an actual job position. Training project The learning pathway will focus on the **industrialization of automotive engineering projects**, with supervised participation in activities related to product launch, process validation, and monitoring of industrial KPIs. The intern will learn to: * Support the analysis of industrialization for automotive engineering projects developed at the Valencia R\&D Center. * Collaborate in tracking product development at production plants located in Spain and other European countries. * Participate, under supervision, in monitoring industrial timing related to equipment, tooling, and production line preparation. * Understand the methodology for process validation testing and its application in optimizing and fine-tuning new production lines. * Learn how to interpret and support tasks involving industrial analysis tools such as PFMEA, layout design, work content studies, and footprint analysis. * Collaborate in tracking convergence actions targeting industrial objectives including cycle time, scrap, rework, work content, MOD, and productive capacity. * Apply Excel and data analysis tools to understand industrial metrics and support technical decision-making. Training objectives linked to the Master's Program in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation This program aligns with the **Permanent Training Master's Program in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation**, described by Talentoteca as a dual online program designed to develop digital and professional competencies, adaptive mindset, data-driven decision-making, and practical application in real professional environments. During the internship, students will reinforce the following learnings: **Adaptive Management Strategies** They will learn to operate in a dynamic industrial environment where projects evolve according to timelines, technical validations, plant requirements, and launch objectives. **Applied Innovation in Automotive Engineering** They will experience how technical solutions are transferred from an R\+D center into real production environments, participating in industrialization phases under supervision. **Change Management and Productivity** They will observe how improvements are implemented across lines, processes, times, and resources, understanding the impact of continuous improvement on industrial productivity. **Data-Driven Decision-Making** They will learn to use technical and industrial indicators to support project tracking, interpret deviations, and understand the progress of corrective actions. **Process Optimization** They will become familiar with process analysis tools, industrial validation, layout studies, work content, footprint analysis, and PFMEA—all from a guided learning perspective.
