We at **Fritz\&Muller** are seeking a **Payroll and Labor Administration Technician** to join the Human Resources team of a major hospital group. We are looking for a candidate with experience in comprehensive labor management, accustomed to working in dynamic environments with a large number of employees. **Responsibilities** * Full-cycle payroll management, including calculation, review, and monthly closing. * Preparation of employment contracts, annexes, extensions, and contractual modifications. * Processing of Social Security registrations, cancellations, and data updates. * Management of hiring processes and personnel administration. * Calculation and management of severance payments, settlements, and arrears. * Preparation and submission of social security contributions, as well as resolution of incidents with official agencies. * Monitoring and tracking of working hours incidents, leaves, vacations, medical absences, and other labor administration-related matters. * Document management and maintenance of employee files. * Coordination with various departments to ensure proper employee management. * Participation in process improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives. **Requirements** * Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll roles. * Demonstrable experience in employment contracting, Social Security management, and payroll calculation. * Experience in environments governed by multiple collective bargaining agreements and high organizational complexity is desirable. * Prior experience within corporate groups or companies with large workforces will be especially valued. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Experience with working time planning and control tools is desirable. * Experience with **ST Expert** and **a3innuva** is highly desirable. **What we offer** * Integration into a solid and growing hospital group. * A stable project offering significant professional development opportunities. * A dynamic and highly professional environment. * Involvement in a Human Resources department with direct organizational impact. * A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
