Production Operator - Printing and Graphics Industry

Description

We are seeking a production operator for the printing and graphics industry, specifically for the manufacturing of flexible, renewable packaging intended for the food industry. The work takes place in an industrial environment equipped with specialized machinery, where constant attention is paid to quality and food safety. Main responsibilities include operating printing, laminating, and packaging equipment; handling inks and substrates; adjusting machines according to each order; and performing visual quality control of the product during production. The role also involves preparing orders for dispatch. Prior production experience is required, preferably in the printing and graphics industry or in plastic conversion. The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of following established procedures, and able to operate machinery safely. Working hours are organized in rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—covering 24 hours per day, thus requiring schedule flexibility. The position is located in an industrial park in Quart de Poblet, accessible by private vehicle. This offer includes a temporary contract lasting between 3 and 6 months, managed through a temporary employment agency, with the possibility of subsequent direct employment with the company. Remuneration is €9.42 per hour, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or in the printing and graphics industry is required. It is mandatory to have a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to access the workplace, as well as to reside nearby. Immediate availability for the position is highly valued.
