We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician for our headquarters located in Oliva Nova, where the Group operates across construction, tourism, golf, real estate, and services sectors. **JOB MISSION** Reporting to the Group's Head of Safety and Health, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Grupo CHG's preventive management system, ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and promoting a safety culture across all Group companies and workplaces. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Preventive Management * Collaborate in implementing and monitoring Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) policies and procedures. * Develop safety and health plans for construction projects. * Conduct preventive visits and inspections at various workplaces. * Participate in identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational risks. * Collaborate in investigating accidents, incidents, and preventive observations. * Monitor corrective actions arising from audits, inspections, or accidents. Coordination and Regulatory Compliance * Manage and supervise preventive documentation for workers, collaborating companies, and contractors. * Participate in coordination of business activities (CBA). * Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding safety and health. Training and Awareness * Participate in planning and coordinating ORP-related training activities. * Deliver basic safety training and information as required. * Promote awareness initiatives and good preventive practices. Document Management and Indicators * Maintain up-to-date preventive documentation. * Monitor training sessions, medical examinations, and other preventive requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties. University degree in Engineering, Labor Relations, Work Sciences, or related disciplines. Between 1 and 3 years of experience in roles related to Occupational Risk Prevention. Prior experience in construction or site environments, including monitoring preventive measures and coordinating business activities.
