Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Construction Manager to supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget adherence. We seek an experienced Site Supervisor / Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities across our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities, including task assignment to staff and subcontractors. * Monitor project progress in coordination with the Technical Management team and clients. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations. * Control costs, construction schedules, and supplier orders. * Report required material and human resources based on project progress or service delivery. * Carry out occupational health and safety prevention and quality assurance activities on behalf of the company. **Requirements** Proven on-site experience: minimum 2 years. Additional experience may be considered based on candidate merit. * Strong planning, leadership, and negotiation skills; resource optimization and teamwork capabilities. * Ability to resolve problems and make quick, effective decisions to prevent project delays. * Knowledge of laser leveling and site layout surveying for project commencement is desirable. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. * A 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety course is desirable. * Commercial aptitude is valued for potential client visits to future project sites. * Interest in or familiarity with sports and current sports events is desirable. * Occasional travel to visit projects in nearby provinces is possible. **Benefits:** * Fuel discount * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Transportation allowance Education: * Diploma/Degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Painting: 1 year (Desirable) * Construction Manager: 2 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification (Desirable) Willingness to Travel: * 50% (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
