The role involves coordination with the department head, performing periodic reviews of timeframes and quality. The candidate must report incidents, manage the technical team, and collaborate with production and logistics to respond promptly to their needs. They will serve as the subject matter expert for IWS tools, train the team, and share knowledge on fault elimination. Additionally, they will identify training needs and lead continuous improvement projects. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift from 08:00 to 17:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 4 years of experience performing the tasks described. * We seek a versatile, responsible, and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Intermediate English. * GM or GS in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related field.
