Job Summary: We are seeking technical staff for events to participate in the setup and operation of technological solutions at festivals, trade fairs, and congresses, ensuring operational smoothness. We specialize in using radio-frequency (RFID) technology to enhance attendee experience and event management for music or sports events. Our services include ticketing, cashless payment, accreditation, access control and capacity management, and everything a major event might require. In 2025, our technology was present at **over 630 events**: Mad Cool, Festival de les Arts, Medusa Festival, Viñarock, BIGSOUND, Zevra, Sónar, Arenal Sound, Nomads (Morocco), Afronation (Portugal), and hundreds of others; we operated across 11 countries; and sold tickets for concerts by artists including Jennifer López, Myke Towers, Annuel AA, Melendi, Aitana, Lola Índigo, and Dani Fernández, among others. In total, we have sold **over 36 million tickets**, and **more than 22 million people have worn our wristbands on their wrists.** At Grupo Casfid, we are hiring event technical staff across Spain to participate in the setup and operation of our technological solutions at festivals, trade fairs, and congresses. If you are interested in fieldwork and the events industry, this could be your opportunity. **What will you do?** --------------- As Event Technical Staff, you will ensure seamless operation of services offered at each event: access control, cashless wristband or card systems, top-up points, and payment devices. You will join the **operational production team** for these services, ensuring they are used correctly and that attendees can enjoy the event without disruptions. Your main responsibilities will be: * **Execute event technological operations**: operate various equipment (payment terminals, readers, mobile devices, etc.), prepare required services and devices per zone (bars, access points, top-ups, accreditations), and verify functionality from gate opening until event closure. * **Manage common incidents**: resolve typical technical and operational issues so the event continues uninterrupted. * **Coordinate with event teams**: collaborate closely with other technical team members, event managers, and promoter staff to ensure every operational detail is properly handled. * **Assist in setup, dismantling, and material handling**: help prepare and collect terminals, material crates, totems, and wheeled flight cases, always following operational team instructions. **Who are you?** ---------------- * **Ability to work under pressure**: Events can be chaotic, and incident management requires maintaining composure and mental clarity. * **Communication skills**: You must efficiently communicate with other team members and event attendees. * **Positive attitude**: Good vibes are essential—especially during festival and event days when anything can happen. There will be opportunities to advance your career in event technology. * **Involvement in diverse projects**: From music festivals to tech conferences, you’ll get to work across different types of events and expand your skill set. **What do you need?** ------------------- * Be over 18 years old. * Some level of experience (we hire candidates with varying experience levels—*don’t be shy!* Everyone is welcome) in field operations, for example: + Festivals, concerts, sporting events, or large congresses (bars or sales points, accreditations, access control, production/mounting support) + Hospitality in high-volume environments (bars, restaurants, catering, festivals) + Public-facing roles at venues (stadiums, exhibition centers, theme parks, concert halls) + *Retail* or other roles involving direct interaction with people and use of devices (POS terminals, terminals, readers, etc.). * High availability to work weekdays or weekends between April and October. * Willingness to travel between regions and stay overnight away from home (we cover transportation, accommodation, and per diems). * Comfort working face-to-face with the public and resolving minor incidents on the spot. * Proficiency with everyday technology: smartphones, tablets, apps, email, etc. **Bonus points if** * You reside in one of these four regions: Andalusia, Canary Islands, Northern Spain (Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias, Basque Country), Catalonia. * You hold a valid Class B2 driver’s license with at least **one year of validity**. * You feel comfortable driving vehicles up to 3500 kg (medium-sized vans). * You speak one or more of the following languages: English, French, Portuguese. * You hold **academic qualifications** (vocational training, undergraduate degree, master’s degree, or other specialized training) related to: + Protocol and event organization. + Production or management of cultural, musical, or sporting events. + Communications and public relations. + Computer science, systems, networks, or basic electronics. + Infrastructure setup for events, shows, or temporary installations. **Join us!** If you feel you match this description and are ready to take your career to the next level, we’re excited to meet you!
