We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join one of our centers in Valencia, located in the Arts and Sciences district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning kitchen facilities and providing support in small-scale meal preparations for diners (kitchen/office). * Full-time schedule of 20 hours per week. * Shifts: morning and/or afternoon according to roster – Monday through Sunday, with two rest days per week as stipulated by the collective agreement. * Salary according to the Catering Collective Agreement. * Indefinite part-time contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning tasks for utensils, stoves, equipment, and tableware in the restaurant and kitchen, as well as kitchen areas. * Clean dining areas and kitchen spaces, including bars and utensils. * Prepare ingredients required by the chef (e.g., cutting, peeling…) and assist during dish preparation. * Serve meals to center diners and transport food trolleys to the office. * Carry out auxiliary tasks in food production. Handle cleaning of tableware, dining areas, and kitchens. * Maintain orderly, clean, and disinfected spaces. * Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment ensuring high-quality customer service.
