The primary responsibility is to operate and supervise production line machinery, ensuring they function correctly. This includes starting up equipment, monitoring processes, and identifying any incidents during manufacturing. Packaging and packing of finished products are also performed, following established procedures to ensure proper presentation. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area is essential, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include quality control of products through visual inspections to verify that batches meet required specifications. Collaboration with the production team is required to achieve daily and weekly manufacturing targets, fostering a coordinated working environment. The position demands adaptability to a dynamic environment and adherence to food safety regulations as well as supervisors' instructions to optimize workflow. The company provides internal training to develop technical skills and deepen understanding of sector-specific operations. Efficiency under pressure and willingness to work rotating shifts are highly valued, ensuring continuous production.
