You will join a technical team within a leading company in the home water delivery and coffee service sector, committed to excellence, efficiency, innovation, and teamwork. The branch is located in Valencia. Your key **responsibilities** will include: Designing, automating, and continuously evolving the Microsoft 365–based digital workplace environment, with a focus on maximizing employee productivity and experience (Employee Experience – DEX), automating repetitive processes, and ensuring adoption of new AI and cloud capabilities across a multinational organization. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Corporate AI Administration and Governance** * Access and license management: Manage assignment and deployment of AI licenses (Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for Workspace). * Data privacy and security policies: Configure consoles to ensure AI usage respects corporate privacy (preventing corporate data from being used to train public models and ensuring compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act). * Extension and connector management: Monitor and approve which third-party AI tools and plugins may integrate with the company’s ecosystem. **2\. Process Optimization and AI-Driven Automation** * Workflow automation: Use AI and Low-Code tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate or AI-enhanced Google Apps Script) to automate repetitive staff tasks. * Creating tomorrow’s content: Administer and deploy native content-generation tools—such as Google Vids for corporate video creation or Copilot for report and presentation generation. **3\. Training and Adoption (Workforce Reskilling)** * Internal prompt engineering: Train employees in foundational "Prompt Engineering" so they know how to effectively interact with Gemini and Copilot according to their department (Sales, HR, Marketing). * Department-specific use cases: Analyze how each team works to propose tailored AI tools that save time in their daily routines. **4\. Security and Compliance** * Access policies: Configure and monitor security policies, conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password management. * Data governance: Implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies, information retention rules, and shared permission management (internal and external). * Security incident resolution: Collaborate in mitigating spam, phishing, and suspicious access attempts. **5\. Digital Adoption and Training** * Technology evangelism: Create guides, documentation, and deliver internal training so employees fully leverage tools like Teams, SharePoint, Google Meet, etc. * Continuous improvement: Analyze monthly updates released by Google and Microsoft to propose workflow improvements for the company. **Profile** * **Technical degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or demonstrable equivalent experience.** * Proven experience in Workplace Engineering * Official certifications * Software deployment and maintenance, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), scripting, and automation * Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and end users * Ability to solve complex problems * Adaptability to technological change **We offer:** * Stable employment at a major multinational corporation, with continuous training delivered by specialized teams. * Direct employment contract and Social Security registration.
