Your primary objective will be to build strong and lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of our client portfolio. You will serve as the customer advocate within the organization, working closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver an exceptional experience. **Key Responsibilities** * **Onboarding:** Lead the initial implementation process to ensure new customers successfully adopt the service. * **Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining proactive and regular communication with assigned customers. * **Retention and Renewals:** Monitor account health and manage contract renewal processes. * **Growth Strategy:** Identify expansion opportunities (upselling and cross-selling) within the existing customer base. * **Feedback Analysis:** Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to continuously improve our offerings. * **KPI Tracking:** Analyze usage and satisfaction metrics (NPS, Churn Rate) to proactively prevent customer attrition. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or high-level Customer Support roles. * **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**. * **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to interpret data and use it to demonstrate value to customers. * **Tools:** Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and customer management tools. * **Empathy:** Strong ability to listen, understand customer needs, and creatively resolve issues.
