Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor with aesthetic sensitivity and commercial orientation to assist clients with comprehensive renovation projects, especially kitchens and bathrooms. We seek a **Commercial Advisor** with aesthetic sensitivity and commercial orientation to support customers in comprehensive renovation projects, with special emphasis on **kitchens and bathrooms**. Junior profile eager to learn and develop medium- to long-term within a stable company that combines customer service, budget preparation, and technical project coordination. **Main Responsibilities** * **Customer service and commercial advisory** in interior design/renovations * **Needs assessment** and proposal of interior design solutions for kitchens and bathrooms. * **Preparation of budgets** and presentation of proposals. * **Creation and interpretation of basic floor plans**, and use of design tools for proposals. * **Project coordination**: monitoring with contractors, suppliers, and schedule control. * **Supplier negotiation** and management of pricing and orders. * **Basic administrative tasks**: quotations, purchase orders. **Essential Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate or University Degree in Interior Design / Interior Space Design or similar * Initial experience of **2–3 years** in commercial advisory, renovations, interior design, or customer service in interior design/home/furniture sectors will be valued. * Proficiency in Tools: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) at user level. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Kitchendraw and/or similar kitchen and bathroom design software. * Valid driver's license * Residence: Valencia city or surrounding areas (preferred). * Results-oriented mindset, communication skills, proactivity, aesthetic sensitivity, organizational ability, and teamwork. **Terms and Benefits** * **Permanent contract**, with a commitment to stability. * **On-site business hours**: Mon–Fri 9:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00 (approx.). * **Salary**: As per the Collective Agreement for the Construction and Public Works Sector in Valencia. * **Incentives**: Progressive improvement system for economic conditions linked to performance and growth. * **Career Development Plan**: Initial and ongoing training provided by the company; real opportunities for internal promotion. * **Location**: Valencia city and surrounding areas (on-site) Do you match this profile and want to take a professional step forward in interior design?
