Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for a bank branch to manage customer portfolios, acquisition, contract signings, and consultative sales of financial products. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative sales of insurance, mortgages, loans, and savings We are seeking personnel for a bank branch in Alcàsser, with a temporary contract and full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, primarily morning shift from 08:00 to 15:00, with one afternoon shift per week, respecting statutory rest periods. Responsibilities include maintaining the customer portfolio, acquiring new users, and growing their accounts. Contract signings, incidents, and claims are also managed, along with consultative sales of products such as insurance, mortgages, loans, and savings. The position requires advising customers on available services and performing administrative tasks and other related duties. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * We seek a person with strong communication skills and high proactivity. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Certifications in Mortgage Credit and/or MIFID are advantageous.
