Professional development within an innovative and growing environment. **Description:** ---------------- Would you like to work on projects where technology, coordination, and innovation go hand in hand? ️ We are looking for a BIM Modeler / BIM Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our technical team and participate in building and industrial projects developed using BIM methodology. If you enjoy working in collaborative environments, coordinating models, and delivering technical precision at every project phase, we want to meet you. What will be your responsibilities? * Development and management of BIM models in building and industrial projects. * Multidisciplinary modeling and coordination using BIM tools. * Detection and resolution of clashes (clash detection). * Document management and collaboration in Common Data Environments (CDE). * Extraction of drawings, quantities, and technical documentation from BIM models. * Coordination with engineering, architecture, and construction teams. **Requirements:** --------------- What are we looking for? * Technical education in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience working in BIM environments. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). * Knowledge of BIM workflows and model coordination. * Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail. * Experience handling technical documentation and BIM standards.
