Innovative and collaborative offices. **What We Require** **Education** * Bachelor’s Degree in Law **Experience and Skills** * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience required in a law firm specializing in Real Estate, Civil, Registry, or Urban Planning Law; in internal legal advisory roles within real estate sector companies; or in process consulting. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. **Additional Requirements** * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability for occasional travel and relocation. If your profile matches what we are seeking, we can offer you: 40 h/week Annual compensation between 29\.678€ and 45\.054€ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Support the analysis of Mercadona’s real estate processes, identify inefficiencies and risks, and develop improvement proposals. * Review contractual models, legal documents, and communications; define clauses and interpretive criteria; and draft standardized templates. * Legal analysis. * Support the legal review of Mercadona’s real estate inventory, identify risks and contingencies, and define criteria for preparing reports. * Document internal real estate process procedures in guides and methodologies, support their implementation, and define tracking tools (checklists, verification templates, etc.).
