RESPONSIBILITIES  Contribute to and ensure compliance with the annual Budget approved in the Business Plan (MICE segment) for hotels within the Cluster/Commercial Zone, based on Rooms (Roomnights and Room Revenue), Meeting Room rentals, and F\&B sales associated with groups, managed through the Group Quotation Team for Commercial Zone hotels.  Prepare quotations for leads of \+10 rooms—with or without meeting rooms—for zone hotels, aiming to maximize business across rooms, meeting rooms, F\&B, and other group-related revenue.  Conduct negotiations with clients for assigned leads to achieve optimal results aligned with the Business Plan and the defined MICE strategy for the entire zone’s hotels.  Review and ensure that negotiations, client contracts, and group/lead credit policies under management comply with MHI’s established policies and procedures.  Update, manage, and monitor group business and its database, ensuring information in the company’s CRM is as up-to-date as possible and reporting any issues to the relevant department.  Once a group or event is confirmed, block requested services in the hotel’s PMS and prepare the corresponding contract.  Follow up and implement the previously defined MICE pricing and segmentation strategy jointly agreed upon by Sales and Revenue teams for the zone.  Participate in periodic meetings to review the status of quoted groups.  Ensure timely and accurate handling of requests from the Cvent channel or other online MICE channels (lead platforms / venue finders).  Promote site inspections for files personally managed to increase the likelihood of group confirmation.  Maintain smooth and accurate communication with the Groups/Events Operations team at each hotel within the commercial area, updating them on matters related to their functions/responsibilities (e.g., site inspections, specific setups) to successfully execute contracted groups.  Ensure seamless handover of files to the hotel once a group is contracted. Intermediate or advanced English.
