We are seeking delivery drivers for a stable and dynamic position in Picassent (Valencia), ideal for individuals who enjoy driving and autonomous work. Each day presents a different scenario, allowing professionals to manage their own schedule and route. The position offers a 38-hour weekly working schedule, with shifts from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week according to the weekly roster. Shifts typically begin with van loading around 10:00 a.m., and the roster is updated weekly. Immediate hiring and genuine job continuity are guaranteed, with monthly renewable contracts and clear potential for extension. Training will be provided from day one directly at the station, ensuring that employees learn all tasks step by step and begin performing their duties with full confidence and safety. This role promotes complete autonomy, as the driver will independently manage their own route with confidence and responsibility. Compensation is clear and transparent, with a gross hourly rate of €9.29 for all hours worked, guaranteeing payment for all actual working time. Additionally, a data usage allowance of €0.60 per shift is provided. Daily duties begin at the logistics center, where the van is loaded with a previously optimized route. Subsequently, package deliveries are carried out across various areas of Picassent. Although team support is available to resolve incidents, the work is conducted with a high degree of autonomy and at the employee’s own pace. To qualify, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with at least one year of validity and a minimum of 8 points. Prior delivery experience is valued but not mandatory. It is essential to be able to travel independently to the workplace and to have full availability for initial training and early commencement of activities.
