Positive work environment and competitive conditions. **MAINTENANCE MANAGER / FIRST-OFFICER** Department: Conservation JOB MISSION Ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of Kook’s facilities, machinery, and production equipment, aligning every maintenance action with the values of innovation, operational excellence, cooperation, and team well-being. The Maintenance Manager is a key figure in ensuring that each event runs without technical disruptions, within a prepared and safe environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on industrial kitchens, refrigerated chambers, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and fleet vehicles. * Propose and lead technical improvements and innovations in infrastructure, machinery, and energy efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations across all equipment and facilities. * Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Technical Management departments to guarantee smooth operations. * Coordinate external suppliers and technicians as needed, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards. * Manage tools, spare parts inventory, maintenance records, and technical documentation. REQUIREMENTS * Vocational technical training (VET or equivalent) in electricity, industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in food production, hospitality, or logistics environments. * Knowledge of current occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations, electrical installations, industrial refrigeration, and food safety (preferred). * Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents, and to lead small internal projects or renovations. * Valid driving license Class B.
