Positive work environment At Grupo El Castillo, we are launching a selection process to hire operators for our Special Employment Center located in Gandía (Valencia). Would you like to join our team? **A disability certificate of 33% or higher is mandatory.** Your main responsibilities will include: * Support in auxiliary production processes, handling, and assembly. * Assembly and conditioning of components and products. * Preparation and handling of textile, plastic, and other industrial materials. * Packaging and preparation of orders for storage or dispatch. * Basic visual quality control and product verification. * Compliance with work procedures and safety and hygiene regulations. Manual assembly of parts and components. * Bending and preparation of materials and items. * Handling and conditioning of products for proper presentation. * Gluing, labeling, and finishing of items. * Nesting, packaging, and palletizing of products. * Visual inspection of the condition of parts and materials. * Organization and basic maintenance of the work area.
