Join our **\#SEGreatPeople** https://youtu.be/VbldHPFltQQ **About the Department:** You will join the Digitalization and Smart Factory team at Schneider Electric’s Meliana (Valencia) site, where technological projects in the field of Industry 4\.0 are developed — both for deploying Schneider Group’s standard digital tools and for innovation and new technology projects aimed at maximizing industrial process productivity. **What Will You Learn With Us?** Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn: * Industrial system connectivity (IIoT) to enhance productivity. * Managing projects with industrial hardware/software vendors. * Developing innovative ideas in complex industrial environments. (External) English Qualifications: **Are You Who We Are Looking For?** * Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic and Automatic Engineering or Industrial Computer Science and Robotics, or a Master’s in Industry 4\.0\. * Knowledge of Schneider PLC programming, Python, and Node-RED. * Fundamentals of IIoT and industrial device network connectivity. * Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours daily (Monday–Friday), with morning availability; schedule is flexible, and you may start between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. * Ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution. * Availability to start in July. * Extroversion and eagerness to learn. * Advanced level of English. **By Participating in Our Trainee Program, You Will Gain:** A specially designed experience for your learning and development Paid internships (based on your agreed schedule, minimum 20 hours and maximum 30 hours per week, €700–€900/month) Monitoring of your progress and learning * Flexible scheduling to combine with your studies ‍ ️One flex day per month (accumulable) Possibility of remote collaboration depending on the role (up to 2 days per week) 6-month duration with potential extension or full-time employment * As a company, we always align with our corporate values: customer orientation, disruption of the status quo, embracing diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
