**THE CLIENT** A major, rapidly growing and expanding food industry company is seeking to hire a Production Line Team Leader for its plant located in the Camp del Turia area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead line personnel * Plan, execute, and monitor scheduled production * Ensure product quality and traceability * Guarantee proper operation of the production line * Analyze and report relevant shift information * Collaborate with other teams in proposing and developing improvements * Optimize operational KPIs during the shift **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in a similar position * Ability to foster a positive work environment and teamwork * Motivation to learn * Passion for doing high-quality work * Self-discipline and drive for continuous improvement * Ability to manage stressful situations and unforeseen events * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle **BENEFITS** * Internal career development plan with salary growth linked to meritocracy * Positive work environment, commitment, and teamwork * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule * Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: morning, afternoon, and night * On-site gym * Life insurance
