We are not only seeking someone to perform specific tasks. **We are looking for a forward-thinking individual capable of combining creativity, analysis, and organization, and who is interested in learning how an e-commerce business is managed and developed across different European markets.** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assist in managing and improving our websites. * Create and edit images, videos, banners, and other digital content. * Enhance the website’s visual presentation, structure, and user experience. * Analyze sales data, product performance, web traffic, and customer behavior. * Research markets, competitors, trends, and new business opportunities. * Collaborate on launching and developing international projects. * Assist in managing products, categories, campaigns, and content. * Work with e-commerce, design, analytics, and digital marketing tools. * Propose ideas and improvements to increase sales and optimize processes. * Gradually learn how to manage various areas of an e-commerce business. **What are we looking for?** * A responsible, organized, solution-oriented person with attention to detail. * Interest in e-commerce, business, design, digital content, and data analysis. * Ability to work both with visual content and numerical data. * Interest in creating and editing images and videos. * Motivation to learn, research, and understand how different markets operate. * Patience and motivation to acquire substantial new knowledge. * Capacity to progressively assume greater responsibility. * Good English proficiency, as you will collaborate with international developers and partners. * Proactive attitude and ability to contribute fresh ideas. * Professional ambition and desire to grow alongside the company.
