Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician for industrial installation and maintenance of dosing equipment, performing configuration, programming, and resolving technical incidents. Work environment that fosters learning We are looking for a professional to provide technical support in L'Alcúdia, Valencia, focused on the industrial installation and maintenance of chemical dosing equipment. Responsibilities include commissioning machinery at the customer's site, configuring and programming equipment, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities also cover diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, providing support to distributors and customers. Assistance will also be provided to the sales team during certain installations. The role requires preparing service reports and work orders, as well as efficient planning of intervention routes. Over time, collaboration on basic plant maintenance will be expected. Candidates with training in electromechanics or industrial maintenance—and experience in installation and repair, particularly of dosing equipment or similar machinery—are preferred. Basic computer skills, strong communication abilities, and good organizational skills are essential.
