If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a BPL Department Head for our facility in Algemesí. * Coordinate external companies’ work to supervise both documentation and implementation of all tasks performed at our workplace, including CAE documentation, via the CTAIMA platform. * Investigate workplace accidents and monitor incident statistics at the facility. * Coordinate SPA activities (prevention plan, risk assessments, measurements, technical reports, etc.). * Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) (e.g., proposing improvements, verifying usage, etc.). * Propose occupational risk prevention (ORP) policies to senior management aimed at reducing incidents, fostering a positive working environment, and enhancing productivity and profitability. * Collaborate with the maintenance department and Operations Director to manage documentation related to legal requirements for facilities and company machinery. * Serve as the responsible party for attending ORP-related audits and inspections. * Serve as the responsible party for planning staff ORP training based on identified needs. * Other duties arising from this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: University degree.
