We require a professional with demonstrable experience in socio-educational intervention with minors at risk of exclusion, immediate availability to start, and flexibility regarding working hours.** Key responsibilities include: * Preparing and issuing technical reports on minors/youth, assessing each minor’s situation and their environment. * Providing technical advice and support to management. * Guiding professionals who work directly with minors/youth regarding each individual’s specific characteristics, in order to achieve the objectives set forth in their personalized programs. * Conducting individualized psychosocial assessments of each minor/youth. * Facilitating better adaptation and psychosocial reintegration of minors/youth, improving their assumption of responsibilities and socio-familial competencies. * Providing relevant technical information during judicial proceedings involving minors/youth, when requested by management. * Upholding professional confidentiality regarding personal data handling. * Assessing and diagnosing the personality of each minor/youth. * Designing and implementing both individual and group intervention programs for minors/youth. * Preparing psychological reports to inform educators about actions required under each minor’s/youth’s individualized program. * Collaborating with management to coordinate evaluation and intervention processes for minors requiring such support. * Contributing a psychological perspective to designated technical teams and providing relevant information to educational staff regarding planned interventions.
