Job Summary: At Saretec, we are seeking a professional proficient in automotive insurance terminology to manage claims from start to finish, coordinating with repair shops and appraisers. At **Saretec**, we handle claims for multiple insurance companies and seek a professional who is fluent in automotive insurance terminology and comfortable liaising with repair shops, appraisers, and other insurers—as well as adept at using various platforms: **Your daily responsibilities with us:** * **End-to-end claims management:** From reporting the incident to closing the file and paying the indemnity. * **Application of agreements:** Processing claims under **CICOS and ASC** (Direct Compensation System) regulations. * **Key liaison role:** Direct coordination with our network of repair shops, external appraisers, and roadside assistance services. * **Liability analysis:** Determining fault based on the Traffic Regulations and police reports. * **Insured support:** Clearly informing clients about the status of their vehicle repair or the assessment of a "total loss". * Preparation and issuance of reports. * Support in daily office operations. **What We Require from You:** * **Proven experience:** At least **2** years handling automobile insurance claims (insurer or broker). * **Technical and language proficiency:** Familiarity with claims management platforms and fluency in English (mandatory for daily use). * **Negotiation skills:** Ability to advocate for both the company’s and the client’s interests when dealing with third parties. * **Empathy and resilience:** Capacity to manage stressful situations and dissatisfied clients following a claim. * **Preferred qualifications:** Knowledge of Audatex and bodily injury compensation guidelines.
