Solving leader Specialist & Safety Item Manager
**Job Description:**
You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:
\- Process and product adherence to standards
\- Process reliability
\- Process repeatability, during the initial design phase, before any process change is implemented and continuously throughout the product's lifecycle.
\- You will act as SIM (Safety Item Manager) for the area, managing Safety Related Items (SARI) from creation to closure, launching appropriate actions within the 9S methodology (PPS/8D …).
\- You will act as Solving Leader for the area, applying Data Analytics techniques and Python programming.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
