You will learn how to manage online communities and create engaging content, while gaining practical experience in a real digital marketing environment. **Responsibilities**: Management and engagement of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Creation of digital content: posts, stories, reels, newsletters, and blogs. Monitoring user interactions, comments, and messages. Support in planning digital campaigns and editorial calendars. Analysis of basic metrics and preparation of performance reports. Tracking digital trends to propose new creative ideas. **Requirements**: Education in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields (administrative or customer service profiles with interest in digital marketing will also be considered). Passion for social media and the digital environment. Strong written and creative communication skills. Basic knowledge of office tools and willingness to learn design and editing software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Proactivity, creativity, and ability to work in a team. **Valued skills**: Previous experience managing social media (even at a personal level or through personal projects). Basic knowledge of SEO, copywriting, or online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
