Our client is a nationally and internationally recognized company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of industrial solutions, and is seeking an **HR MANAGER** to lead its human resources strategy.
**Job Mission**
Lead the company’s talent attraction, retention, and development strategy, aligning talent management with the company’s DNA, purpose, and culture, and with the objective of building high-performing teams.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Define HR procedures within the company.
* Support the definition of corporate objectives linked to human capital.
* Serve as the key figure for both internal and external employer branding.
* Efficiently coordinate recruitment processes, proposing candidates aligned with the organization’s specific needs.
* Develop performance evaluations and career plans.
* Lead internal employee ambassador teams.
* Design and implement training plans in collaboration with other departments.
* Plan and monitor the company’s compensation policies.
* Manage internal and external labor relations (liaison with labor inspection authorities, SMAC, and works council).
* Coordinate and ensure correct application of internal regulations regarding working hours, vacations, leave, and other aspects of working time.
* Supervise payroll processing.
* Ensure accurate updating, classification, and archiving of HR documentation.
**Reporting Line:** General Management
**Years of Relevant Experience Required:** > 5 years
**Education and Competencies:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Labor Relations and HR, or related fields.
* Complementary education: Master’s degree in HR/Labor Law or related fields.
* Proficiency in Office 365, especially advanced Excel.
* Minimum English level B2 (French B2 desirable/complementary).
