What we are looking for We are seeking to hire a Sales Assistant for our Citees Mallorca store located at C/ De Jaume II, with availability for 30 weekly working hours in rotating shifts. The contract starts on November 1st and ends on November 12th. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued. Main responsibilities * Advise and assist customers throughout the purchasing process. * Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and manage cash register transactions. * Support inventory management, stock control, orders and warehouse operations. * Maintain the store's visual presentation in line with brand values. * Be knowledgeable about the product catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, shipping times and procedures.
