Job Summary: We are seeking an ERP functional consultant and/or project manager with experience in ERP implementation to plan, manage, and coordinate projects, train end users, and advise clients. We are a top-tier partner for five of the most important ERPs on the market: SAP Business One, Ekon, Odoo, Frutec, and SAP S4\. Due to growth in this business line, we now require a national-level functional consultant and/or project manager with proven experience in implementing any market ERP and participating in diverse projects. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? * You will plan and manage the project, ensuring its execution complies with agreed timelines, profitability targets, and quality standards—maximizing effectiveness, functionality, and usability for the client. * You will coordinate both internal and client-side project teams. * You will execute all phases of the ERP implementation. * You will internally train end users on the system, familiarizing them with all functionalities. * You will advise the client throughout the entire implementation process. * You will identify new client needs or potential improvements. What Do We Offer? * Job stability through an indefinite contract. * Flexible and family-friendly working hours: possibility to work from 08:00 to 15:00 year-round, plus two afternoons per week (Monday–Thursday). What Are We Looking For? * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP implementation consulting. * Ability to autonomously launch projects from scratch. * Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience. * Motivation for continuous learning, proactivity, and results orientation. * Personal vehicle available for occasional travel nationwide (travel expenses covered by the company: mileage, per diems, parking, tolls, etc.). * Project management and leadership experience is highly valued.
