Job Summary: We are seeking a Padel Coach for junior programs, focused on the technical, tactical, physical, and personal development of children and youth in a safe and motivating environment. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes the holistic development of children and youth in padel. 2. Collaborates in organizing sports activities and events. 3. Values prior experience working with children and communication skills. **We are currently looking to hire two Padel Coaches \- Junior Program to strengthen our team.** Your mission will be to deliver and supervise padel training sessions for children and youth, ensuring a safe, motivating, and educational environment that supports their technical, tactical, physical, and personal development. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What will you do upon joining the team?** * Teach the technical and tactical fundamentals of padel, adapting them to students' ages and skill levels. * Foster a safe, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment that encourages active participation by children. * Monitor students' athletic progress and provide ongoing feedback on their development. * Promote sports values such as respect, fair play, effort, responsibility, and teamwork. * Supervise the proper use of sports equipment and ensure participant safety during sessions. * Collaborate with the Padel Coordinator in organizing activities, internal events, and competitions. * Maintain open communication with families when necessary to report on students' progress and participation. * Participate in technical meetings and internal trainings organized by the school. **Requirements** -------------- **What do we value for this position?** * Official padel coaching qualification or equivalent recognized certification. * Prior experience working with children and youth in sports schools or introductory programs. * Knowledge of age-appropriate methodologies and ability to engage groups effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues. * Organizational, planning, and group management capabilities. * Prior experience in sports events and schedule flexibility are advantageous. **Benefits** -------------- **What do we offer?** * Immediate hiring. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time position \- afternoon shift.
