DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Construction Site Manager in Mallorca with the following responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and execute construction projects, anticipating administrative requirements as well as material or subcontracting budget needs to prepare comparative analyses. * Organize, direct, and oversee construction projects from budget approval through to completion, ensuring adherence to budgetary and scheduling objectives. * Issue certifications (Presto), both for the company itself and for subcontractors. * Adhere to the scheduled timeline and budget for assigned projects. * Guarantee maximum efficiency in execution by coordinating and supervising subcontractors. * Maintain a standardized system for classifying documentation related to projects under their responsibility. * Monitor and report on project progress and development. * Manage project budgets (income and expenditures). * Monitor and supervise delivery notes and invoices from suppliers and subcontractors. * Supervise and control construction execution, quality, safety, and environmental impact. * Monitor the project’s financial progress and forecast its final cost. * Track the project’s schedule and forecast its completion date. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in building construction, technical architecture, technical engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an active Construction Site Manager. * Proven experience in planning and executing construction projects. * Ability to interpret construction drawings. * Experience negotiating with subcontractors. * Valid driver’s license. **Conditions** * Location: Marratxí * Full-time position, Monday to Friday * Working hours: 8/9 AM to 6/7 PM, including lunch break. * Company-provided vehicle (to facilitate travel). * Company mobile phone and laptop (tools for management).
