Performing tasks cleanly, orderly, and to a high standard; using materials appropriately and economically. Conducting periodic inspections to detect deterioration requiring repair. Estimating material requirements based on the performance of various products. Operating carpentry-specific machinery and auxiliary equipment. Completing preventive maintenance logs. Reporting detected malfunctions in equipment or facilities to the central office’s technical department. Promptly and effectively resolving issues raised by guests. Addressing malfunctions reported by other departments. Managing inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. Your primary role within the company will be repairing, maintaining, and preserving apartments—including both wooden and aluminum carpentry.
